A German NGO Transparency International states, Somalia and North Korea (North Korea) referred to as the most corrupt country in the world.

Transparency International also said England had ranked 16th in the list of most corrupt countries in the world, and the United States (U.S.) to get the order to 24. Meanwhile, the country that declared the cleanest is New Zealand.

These NGOs do research on a number of cases of bribery, embezzlement of funds, and activities of the institutions of government anti-corruption in the country concerned. They also often make observations through the opinions of the business sector. Similarly, as reported by the Daily Mail, Monday (12/05/2011).

North Korea and Somalia are the two countries are also experiencing a serious food crisis. Somalia continues to famine-stricken and had no effective government for nearly 20 years, while North Korea has a communist regime which is said always handcuff their own people. The North also live with international sanctions because of the communist country would not halt its nuclear program.

Until now the two countries were still struggling to get food aid from the international community.

One of the obstacles that occur in the delivery of aid to Somalia is Al-Shabab militant activity that often block access to aid distribution. However, food aid in North Korea reportedly often blocked because it caused the country's government.
